They were produced by John(Mets) & Jason(Padres).

They have been emailed for the time being, until we figure out a way to host them on a website.

Yeah, there's an easy solution to jumping up the Power Rankings...win in the winter league.

Also, this set of rankings is a "winter league" addition and doesn't take into account prospects, which, in a win-now league, shouldn't be considered in the first place.
