From what i got from Rich the waiver claim date was Sept 16th. Rosters were to be frozen at that point. He can clarify it from here if needed.

The only thing I saw was a rule that a player had to be on the 'active roster' as of Sept. 15th to be eligible for the playoffs. I saw nothing about waiver claims.
